VerifyTenant provides tenant screening services including but not limited to criminal background checks, credit reports, eviction searches, employment verification, and reference checks. All services are provided in compliance with the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA) and applicable state and federal laws.

3. Permissible Purpose

You agree that you will only use screening reports for a permissible purpose as defined under the FCRA. You certify that you have a legitimate business need for the information and have obtained proper written consent from the individual being screened.

4. User Obligations

You agree to: provide accurate information when placing orders; obtain written authorization from applicants before ordering screening reports; comply with all applicable FCRA requirements including adverse action notice obligations; not resell, redistribute, or share screening reports with unauthorized parties; and keep your account credentials secure.

5. Payment Terms

Payment is due at the time of order. All fees are non-refundable once a report has been initiated or delivered. Pricing is subject to change without notice. Third-party and state access fees may apply to certain products.

6. Accuracy of Information

While VerifyTenant strives to provide accurate information, we rely on data from third-party sources including courts, credit bureaus, and public records. We do not guarantee the completeness or accuracy of all information in screening reports. Users should verify critical information independently.

7. Limitation of Liability

VerifyTenant shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

8. Membership Terms

Members receive access to the VerifyTenant platform for pulling credit reports and other screening products. Membership may be terminated by either party with written notice. There are no monthly fees or minimum order requirements for members.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of VerifyTenant or its licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

10. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law principles.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
